Step 1 - Pre-Processing

Raw aluminium coil is inspected, uncoiled, and prepared — every sheet checked before it becomes a panel.
Step 2 - Sizing/Cutting

Sheets are cut to exact dimensions on precision tables — the first step from material to panel.
Step 3 - Grooving/Routing

CNC routers score fold lines and cut internal geometry, so every bend lands exactly where the design calls for it.
Step 4 - Additional Machining

Edges, holes, and fine details are machined to tolerance — the finishing pass before a panel takes shape.
Step 5 - Folding/Wrapping

Grooved sheets are folded on press brakes into their final form — flat stock becomes a dimensional cassette.
Step 6 - Assembling Cassettes

Folded panels are assembled, inspected, and labelled — ready to leave the factory and go straight to site.
