WILLSTRONG® Steel Composite Panel (SCP) combines the high structural strength and unique visual texture of steel (including Corten/Weathering Steel and Stainless Steel) with a high-performance mineral core. It overcomes the heavy weight and oil-canning issues of traditional sheet metal, offering extraordinary flatness and superior impact resistance.
Designed for modern architectural façades, industrial-style interiors, and high-load structural cladding, SCP delivers an authentic metallic aesthetic with exceptional structural integrity.
Premium Steel Composite Panel features a high-rigidity steel surface combined with a high-performance mineral core.
Its sandwich structure provides superior flexural strength and impact resistance over aluminum, weighs less than solid steel, and resists distortion on long-span façades.
Steel composite panel has steel facings and a B1 flame-retardant high-performance mineral core with effective new fire suppressant additive compounds.
This construction provides excellent high load-bearing capacity, superior overall acoustic performance, and B1 flame retardancy with very low smoke emissions.
Steel composite panel is formed with durable steel layers and a lightweight polyethylene core that offers very easy overall handling.
It offers high rigidity, excellent impact resistance, overall cost efficiency, and a durable low-maintenance solution for various building construction projects.
